ASSOCIATE 

Key Requirements:

• More than 3 years of experiences working as associate in law firm(s) in the following areas of practice: investment, merger & acquisition, corporate. Having experience in other areas such as banking, finance, real estate, employment, etc. is an advantage.
• Strong experience and good ability in:
  • legal research and analysis;
  • contract drafting, reviewing and negotiating;
  • matters like due diligence investigation, legal advice, re-structuring, negotiation and M&A and other projects;
  • dealing with clients and Governmental authorities; and
  • managing and leading junior teams.
• Fluency in English (listening, writing and speaking).

Notes:

• Candidate must graduate from a Vietnam Law Faculty. Having master's degree in Law is an advantage.
• Candidate must demonstrate strong interest in working under high pressure and tight deadlines, willingness to listen and learn, ability to adapt to teamwork requirements.
