LEGAL UPDATES - FEBRUARY 2025 - NEW SPECIAL INVESTMENT PROCEDURES IN VIETNAM: A GAME-CHANGER FOR TECHNOLOGICAL INVESTMENT

Vietnam is emerging as a key player in the technology sector, marked by NVIDIA’s announcement to establish an R&D Center and AI Data Center in the country. Capitalizing on this momentum, Vietnam has introduced a key regulatory update - Special Investment Procedures - in Law No. 57/2024/QH15 amending the current Law on Investment and taking effect on 15 January 2025.
