Draft Law on E-commerce

The rapid acceleration of Vietnam’s digital economy has underscored the pressing need for a coherent and comprehensive regulatory framework governing E-commerce. Accordingly, the Draft Law on E-commerce was submitted to the National Assembly on 3 November 2025 with the aim of safeguarding consumers and promoting a level playing field in the digital marketplace.
