INSIGHTS - PUBLICATIONS - ASEAN PLUS GROUP'S REGIONAL REGULATORY GUIDE TO PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION IN ASIA-PACIFIC

RHTLaw Asia, in collaboration with its ASEAN Plus Group (APG) members just released the APG’s Regional Regulatory Guide to Personal Data Protection in Asia-Pacific.  The publication is a guidance on data protection law, which provides an overview of and maps the key issues on regional jurisdictional laws relating to the mentioned matter.  Those jurisdictions include ASEAN countries such as Singapore, Indonesia, Vietnam, Cambodia, Philippines, Malaysia and Thailand and other neighbouring countries which have key relationships on economy to ASEAN, including China, India, South Korean and Taiwan.
