NEWSLETTER - MAY 2021

RHTLaw Vietnam has just published the Newsletter for the month of May 2021 which sets out notable and remarkable changes and supplements guiding investment and enterprises laws under following new decrees:
 

1. Decree No. 31/2021/ND-CP dated 26 March 2021 Providing Detailed Regulations and Guidance on Implementation of the 2020 Law on Investment (coming into effect on 26 March 2021); and
    
2. Decree No. 47/2021/ND-CP dated 1 April 2021 Detailing A Number of Articles of 2020 Law on Enterprises (coming into effect on 01 April 2021).
