• Personal Data Protection (PDP): Decree 13 introduces broad obligations for data controllers, applying to nearly all enterprises due to wide definitions of personal data and processing. These include obtaining consent from personal data subjects, appointing personnel to handle sensitive data processing, and submitting dossiers on impact assessments of data processing to the Ministry of Public Security.
