On 28 January 2026 RHTLaw Vietnam hosted a successful webinar titled “Dispute Resolution in Vietnam – Practical Insights,” attracting business representatives from various industries across Vietnam. The session provided an in-depth discussion of dispute resolution mechanisms and practical guidance for companies operating in the Vietnamese legal landscape.
The webinar was led by Ms. Huynh Thanh Dzung and Mr. Nguyen Thanh Cuong , Partners of RHTLaw Vietnam, each bringing over 15 years of legal experience from the firm’s Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi offices. Drawing from their extensive practice, the speakers shared valuable insights into both the legal framework and real-world application of dispute resolution in Vietnam.

The discussion highlighted the governing legal framework, with particular focus on recent developments and practical implications under Decree No. 22/2017/ND-CP, as well as how these mechanisms align with international practices.
