RHTLaw Vietnam Proudly Supports DKE Holding Company Limited in Successful Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing
RHTLaw Vietnam is pleased to have acted as Vietnam legal counsel to DKE Holding Company Limited in connection with its successful global offering and H-share listing on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEX), seeking to raise up to approximately HK$517.5 million, approximately USD 66 million (subject to the exercise of over-allotment option).
DKE is a leading provider of smart IoT e-paper display solutions and a prominent player in the global e-paper display industry. According to industry research, DKE was the second largest global e-paper display manufacturer by revenue in 2025 and the largest global commercial e-paper display manufacturer during the same period.
The transaction represents another significant milestone for DKE and highlights the continued strength of Hong Kong as an international capital markets hub for innovative technology companies.
