[2 JULY 2020] SEMINAR ON “COVID-19 & NEW LABOUR CODE – UPDATES AND KEY CONSIDERATIONS”

The seminar was an opportunity for the attendees to be aware of provisions of the newly-issued Labour Code as well as the updates on governmental policies that help the enterprises reduce financial burden in case of being affected by Covid-19 pandemic. With profound experience gained from advising numerous enterprises on labour related matters, Mr. Benjamin Yap and Ms. Bui Thi Giang Huong provided the attendees with a deep insight of certain legal pitfalls in employment issues and the solutions to overcome.
