2023 ASEAN IPA CONFERENCE

Our Senior Partner Dang Phuong Le participated in the ASEAN IPA Conference held in Hanoi from 17-18 March 2023. The focus of this year conference was “Impact of Industry 4.0 on Building and Protecting IP Assets - Challenges Faced by ASEAN IP Owners”.

Over 300 practitioners attended the conference and there was a lively exchange of knowledge and views.  Our Partner Rizwi Wun from RHTLaw Asia spoke at the event and shared his experience on enforcement of IP rights in the Metaverse.

The highlight for us was meeting friends, colleagues, and connecting with experts in the IP community.  RHTLaw Vietnam would like to congratulate the ASEAN IPA Vietnam Group for successfully organizing the event demonstrating the increasing role of Vietnam in fostering the development and protection of IP within ASEAN.
