[22 OCTOBER 2020] TRAINING SESSION ON “NEW REGULATIONS OF 2020 LAW ON INVESTMENT” AT JUDICIAL ACADEMY

Following the first training session on the 2020 Law on Enterprises, the Legal Club for Enterprises of Vietnam’s Ministry of Justice organised last Thursday 22 October 2020 at the Judicial Academy in Hanoi the second session with the topic of “New Regulations of 2020 Law on Investment – Impacts on Business Activities”. Most attendees, similar to the first seminar, came from leading State-owned enterprises in sectors of banking, power, petrol, garment, and insurance. This session placed emphasis on notable legal issues in establishing and launching projects in Vietnam, taking into consideration the impacts of the recently enacted 2020 Law on Investment.

Our Partner - Ms. Dang Phuong Le and our Of Counsel - Ms. Nguyen Thi Minh Hue, as the main lecturers of the training session, talked about key and significant modifications set out under the new Law.
