LEXOLOGY GTDT - HEALTHCARE M&A 2021 - VIETNAM

Once again this year, RHTLaw Vietnam contributed to Healthcare M&A 2021, and edition specialised in healthcare sector which was published on Lexology GTDT's new platform here. This is the third year RHTLaw Vietnam authored a Chapter in this sector.  The other two times were in 2020 and 2019. 

The new remarkable point of this 2021 edition, as compared to the other two previous editions, is about government measures to address the concerns on the covid-19 pandemic, especially the emergency legislation, relief programmes and other initiatives specific in the healthcare sector having been promulgated or amended in response to the pandemic.
